This comprehensive course covers a wide range of first aid emergencies, providing students with the skills and knowledge to treat a casualty in a prompt, safe and effective manner. This course gives students a qualification to the highest level of First Aid, meeting the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulation 1981.

This course is taught at the Training Room FGH Security, in Lancaster.
The course takes 18 hours to complete and is usually spread over three consecutive days. However, we have the flexibility to accommodate your specific needs, and can break up your course into more appropriate chunks (including weekend and evening training). This course consists of both practical and theoretical content. Our courses can accommodate up to 12 students (minimum age 16 years). We accept both individual and group bookings, and are happy to provide exclusive courses for larger groups and organisations.

Student assessment is ongoing by the course tutor alongside a written assessment on each day. This course provides students with a three year HSE approved qualification.
