Our Personal Training takes place in our studio in Lancaster. Although, we do utilise our fantastic surroundings for some outdoor activities – the canal is right on our doorstep!
All sessions are between 45 – 60 minutes.
Each package comes with complimentary use of the gym. Classes are charged as per the prices shown in Fitness Studio.

These are useful if you just want to brush up on some weight lifting skills or learn new exercises etc.
However, you will get the best return from one of our packages – they really are the best value Personal Training in Lancaster!
This is a good starting point for Personal Training because it allows a degree of testing to be carried out, where we explore your goals and decide on the best way forward.
A lot of people expect to see big results within this period, which at most is 8 weeks. Realistically we will be looking at getting you to a place where we can really start to work on your fitness, techniques and iron out any areas that are not working effectively and efficiently.
To clarify these points – you may need additional work on your lifting techniques or general cardiovascular fitness levels. It may be that we identify an imbalance in your muscle systems and need to address tightness or inactivity in certain areas.
With this package you will initially be doing 2/3 sessions per week.
You will be assessed as mentioned in the 8 session package and then the focus will be aimed solely at achieving your targets. It is our most popular package with some fantastic results being achieved.
This package can be tailored to suit you with as many add-ons as needed or desired! These add-ons include:
- Lower Back Pain – specialist treatment and management
- Monthly Body Analysis (our MOT!)
- Nutritional Advice including Basal Metabolic Rate calculations and fat analysis; meal plans, including selected menus specific to you and your body
- Specific Sport related programmes
- Physiotherapy – at reduced prices
- Massage – a wide range on offer
