But have you heard about our Personal Training Packages? They are tailor made to suit you and your fitness goals with the aid of an expert. At Train Together we understand how important support from your friends and family is. That is why we introduced our Group Personal Training option, so that you and your friends can enjoy a slot of personal training together! This package is perfect for you if you want all the benefits of exclusive 1-2-1 personal attention, but to workout alongside your friends and share the cost, too (it’s the best of both worlds!). Your Personal Trainer will work closely alongside you and your friends to create workouts that smash your fitness goals together. We even offer nutritional support and will track your progress with a regular body MOT – analysing exactly how much body fat you have lost and muscle mass you have gained. The best part? Group personal training with your friends in motivating, fun and extremely rewarding.
