We are a very experienced Personal Training studio and our aim is to get you the results you want (and deserve!).

We offer a fantastic variety of classes to get stuck into including Boxercise, Weight Lifting, Kettlebell Training, and Circuit classes! Our classes are kept to a maximum of 8 – 14 people – ensuring that personal 1-2-1 attention is always provided for every single client. We are proud to offer something for everybody – whatever your age or ability. We are also proud to be the best value for money in Lancaster: giving you the highest quality training at the most affordable price. We have a fantastic range of equipment: from Cross Trainers and Concept 2 Rowers to Swiss Balls and Battle Ropes. Our gym is open all day for clients to use and enjoy!

Now you know what makes our fitness studio different from other gyms, but what makes us really different? Our gym memberships are renewable month-by-month: meaning there are no lengthy contracts, no hidden sign-up costs and we will even have options allowing you to pause your gym membership when life gets in the way (holidays, work commitments, kids…). At Train Together it really is all about you.

Train Together’s Time Table and Prices

Our gym and studio is open Monday – Saturday every week and is jam-packed with a great variety of classes to get stuck into! Opening as early as 6am on Tuesdays and Thursdays and closing as late as 8pm, we hope that you will find something you love here at Train Together. All of our classes can be booked on-line and hold a maximum of 8-14 people only. Alongside our classes, we have a fantastic Weights and Cardio Gym open all day for you to use and enjoy. If you want to use our studio (where our classes take place), take a look at the green slots on the time table. During these periods you are more than welcome to come and use the space and all the equipment it holds.

Alongside our main studio, we also have a superb Weights and Cardio Gym equipped with a treadmill, bikes, cross trainer, leg curl / extension, chest press, lat pull-down, shoulder press, roman chair and cable machine – which is open every day for free use by our clients.

Our no contract memberships and designed to give you the ultimate flexibility. With no hidden sign up fee and the opportunity to pause your membership, we are proud to offer you a monthly membership that will suit you perfectly.
