Hello! I’m Amy Parker (soon to be Burrow)
I am the newest member of the Train Together team but I can say I know I am in the right place to pass on my passion for keeping fit and healthy. I am lucky enough to have always led a very active life and started training people in a gym/fitness environment when I was only 18 where I qualified to teach Exercise to Music. Since then my career has taken a very different route working in the field of HR (although some may argue I have chosen two careers whereby I like to make people sweat!). I have personally led a very active life from running, walking, hiking to being an avid gym goer myself. I always knew that I was my happiest when I was training and knew that I would eventually return to my roots to motivate others with the passion for being fit and healthy.
I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer with Neil and Sarah at Train Together in 2018 and quickly went on to pass my Kettlebells Instructor course. Once I had an opportunity to take my passion into a career I seized the opportunity. I have subsequently qualified to teach Boxercise and Indoor Cycling and look forward to many more development opportunities in the future.
I currently run classes at Train Together in Boxercise, HIIT, Core, Circuits, Weight Training, Cardio/Power Hour, Indoor Cycling, Mega Stretch & Bootcamps.
