Hello! I’m Kate Hill

(Personal Trainer)

I haven’t always known I was meant to be involved in fitness but I am definitely sure now. Originally, I spent years working in Accountancy and Finance. From that I decided to start a new journey, which ended with me buying a health food shop, working as a nutritionist and herbalist. After years there, I realised there was something missing and I embarked further on my journey and am now a Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. I am a massive believer in the ability to heal our bodies through the correct exercise and the right nutrition.

I have a great passion in helping people achieve better health within busy lives, family commitments and other limiting personal circumstances.

I enjoy teaching HIIT workouts, functional training, Pilates and weights and in the past have taught Barre, TRX and Kettlebells. For me there is nothing better than seeing someone new to exercise improving and gaining confidence in their abilities.
