Come in and enjoy your free week with Train Together. You can try as many of our fantastic classes as you like (or manage!). Your fitness level does not matter – all of our small group classes are taken by an experienced Personal Trainer who will ensure that you are given alternative exercises if needed. We also have a fantastic new cardio room containing resistance equipment to test your strength. This room is available for you to use during gym opening hours, even if there is a class on in the main studio.
During the week also book in for a Body MOT where we will measure your:
- resting heart rate;
- blood pressure;
- body fat;
- skeletal muscle;
- visceral fat;
- ideal calorie intake.
Don’t forget to ask about a Personal Training consultation with one of the Personal Trainers – we have both male and female trainers! This is your opportunity to find out if Personal Training is for you and chat through your goals with an expert.
