Train Together’s International Athletes

We are Train Together Functional Fitness based in Lancaster City Centre. We are a friendly, passionate and hard-working bunch – that love to meet new people and enjoy a good laugh! As a team, we each contribute something special and love working together here at Train Together to provide you with the best service possible. We all come from very different places, with a variety of skills (from fat loss and toning to strength training and conditioning), and join together with a shared core passion for people and fitness. As a group we are more than equipped to help you reach your fitness goals, and will offer you a place where you feel welcomed, supported and excited about your fitness journey.

My Lacrosse career began in school and progressed from there. A typical training regime for me would be 3 weight sessions a week, upper, lower and full, tempo running, hill sprints and protein!

I started running aged 35 at Lancaster & Morecambe Athletics club as a way to stay fit and meet other people. I got into biking when I was injured as a runner and cycling was a way of staying fit without impact.
