Join our Festive Workouts!

On the first day of Christmas Train Together gave to me a high pull and a burpee!

On the second day of Christmas Train Together gave to me two pluto sniffs and a high pull and a burpee!

♫ ♪

On the third day of Christmas Train Together gave to me three squat and press, two pluto sniffs and a high pull and a burpee!

♫ ♪

On the forth day of Christmas Train Together gave to me four mountain climbers, three squat and press, two pluto sniffs and a high pull and a burpee!

On the fifth day of Christmas Train Together gave to me FIVE BOX JUMPS, four mountain climbers, three squat and press, two pluto sniffs and a high pull and a burpee!

On the sixth day of Christmas Train Together gave to me six squats-a-squating, FIVE BOX JUMPS, four mountain climbers, three squat and press, two pluto sniffs and a high pull and a burpee!

On the seventh day of Christmas Train Together gave to me seven lunges lunging,  six squats-a-squating, FIVE BOX JUMPS, four mountain climbers, three squat and press, two pluto sniffs and a high pull and a burpee!

On the eighth day of Christmas Train Together gave to me eight curls-a-curling, seven lunges lunging, six squats-a-squating, FIVE BOX JUMPS, four mountain climbers, three squat and press, two pluto sniffs and a high pull and a burpee!

On the ninth day of Christmas Train Together gave to me nine bent forward rowing, eight curls-a-curling, seven lunges lunging, six squats-a-squating, FIVE BOX JUMPS, four mountain climbers, three squat and press, two pluto sniffs and a high pull and a burpee!

On the tenth day of Christmas Train Together gave to me ten dips-a-dipping, nine bent forward rowing, eight curls-a-curling, seven lunges lunging,  six squats-a-squating, FIVE BOX JUMPS, four mountain climbers, three squat and press, two pluto sniffs and a high pull and a burpee!

On the eleventh day of Christmas Train Together gave to me eleven dorsal raisers, ten dips-a-dipping, nine bent forward rowing, eight curls-a-curling, seven lunges lunging,  six squats-a-squating, FIVE BOX JUMPS, four mountain climbers, three squat and press, two pluto sniffs and a high pull and a burpee!

On the twelfth day of Christmas Train Together gave to me twelve shoulder presses, eleven dorsal raisers, ten dips-a-dipping, nine bent forward rowing, eight curls-a-curling, seven lunges lunging,  six squats-a-squating, FIVE BOX JUMPS, four mountain climbers, three squat and press, two pluto sniffs and a high pull and a burpee!

All that effort and creativity just to invite you to our Festive workouts this Christmas and New Year (I hope it got you singing!) Please come along and join us on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve to burn off those mince pies and enjoy a really good dollop of Christmas cheer (use us as an excuse to get out of preparing the Brussels)!
