Easter is fast approaching (where is 2015 going?!), and the supermarket shelves are stuffed with boxes of Easter Eggs…
In fact, last week at Tesco, I saw a shelf of Easter Eggs in the ‘healthy snacks’ section (I think they ran out of room elsewhere). It seems that wherever we go and from every direction, we are tempted with chocolate – and, when you feel like you have just about shifted the mince pies, here comes another potential ‘set-back’ holiday.
We all deserve a treat once in a while (admittedly, my weakness are MaltEaster Bunnies, so this time of the year is a nightmare), but treats don’t have to come in the form of a Cadbury’s Creme Egg. On Saturday 4th April we are kicking things off at 9am with our brand new Boot Camp – perfect for all ages and all abilities. Our Boot Camps are designed to be a great workout and, most importantly, great fun. We might even get to use the outdoors (weather permitting, of course)!
